In continuation of the ideas explored in I am the resonant cavity, in Resonant everyone becomes an integral part of the exploration of sound and communication via our bodies. Latex tubing is used to connect people through their mouths and ears, creating a network in which sound can travel from one person through another and onto the next. As people began to understand the possibilities of the network, sounds and giggles began to fill the room. I continued to connect everyone who was willing to participate, the piece ended shortly after I joined the network. |
